• What is 4wick?

  An automated crypto trading platform. It scans Binance and Hyperliquid markets, runs the strategies you switch on, checks every proposed trade against your risk limits and places it on your own exchange account, with a stop-loss held by the exchange.

• How much does it cost?

  4wick is free during the beta. You pay only your exchange's usual trading fees, and your AI provider if you connect your own AI model.

• Which exchanges does it support?

  Binance (Spot and USDⓈ-M Futures) and Hyperliquid (perpetual futures). Shorts are taken only on futures.

• Can 4wick withdraw my money?

  It must not be able to. You connect keys that can trade but never withdraw: Binance keys with withdrawals switched off (keys that can withdraw or transfer are refused for trading), or a Hyperliquid API wallet, which cannot withdraw.

• Is a trade protected if 4wick goes offline?

  Yes. Every trade's stop-loss is placed on the exchange and confirmed before the trade counts as open, so it works even when 4wick does not. Trailing and partial exits move only while 4wick runs; the last stop stays on the exchange.

• Can I try it without risking money?

  Yes. Every account starts in Paper mode: the same strategies, checks and protection with simulated orders on live order books, and a virtual balance. Going live is your choice, and needs two-factor authentication.

• Will it make a profit?

  Nobody can promise that, and 4wick does not. It carries out the strategies you choose and enforces your limits; markets can move against any strategy, and you can lose money. Start in Paper mode and read the risk disclosure.

• Which strategies are included?

  Volume Momentum, Donchian Breakout, Break and Retest, Bollinger Squeeze, Supertrend + ATR, RSI Reversion, the AI Trader, and chart patterns: W / M, Butterfly, Head & Shoulders, Cup & Handle, Hammer, Bullish Harami and Bullish Scallop. You can add your own rules, or a strategy in words for your AI model.

• Do I need to keep my computer on?

  No. 4wick runs on our server around the clock. You can watch and control it from any browser or from Telegram.

• How do I get help or report a problem?

  Use the Report page. Signed in, your report is attached to your account and you can follow its status and the answer under My reports.
