Terms of use

1. What 4wick is

4wick is software that scans crypto markets, runs strategies you choose and places orders on your own exchange account through API keys you provide, within limits you set. We do not hold your funds, and we do not trade on your behalf outside the settings you choose.

2. Beta, and the price

4wick is in beta and free to use during the beta. Features may change, be paused or end. If we later introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance; nothing will be charged without your agreement.

3. Your account

• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and give a real email address.
• Keep your password and two-factor codes to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Each account is private. Do not access, or try to access, anyone else's.

4. Exchange keys

Connect only keys that can trade and cannot withdraw. You can remove a key in 4wick or revoke it on your exchange at any time. You remain bound by your exchange's own terms, and you pay its fees.

5. Trading risk

Trading is risky and you can lose money. 4wick gives no advice and makes no promise of profit. Please read the risk disclosure, which is part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

• No use to break the law, manipulate markets, or break an exchange's rules.
• No attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the platform's security or limits.
• No automated sign-ups, scraping or abuse of the Report page.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, or to protect the platform and its users.

7. Availability and our responsibility

We work to keep 4wick running and your trades protected (every stop-loss is placed on the exchange), but we provide the service as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for trading losses, missed trades, or losses caused by exchanges, networks, market data or AI providers.

8. Ending

You can stop using 4wick at any time: pause automation, remove your keys, and ask us through the Report page to close your account. What we keep afterwards is described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes are announced in the dashboard.
